A savoury, all-natural South African farmer’s sausage, made with no preservatives using only Manitoba-raised meats! Our classic boerewors recipe uses a delicious blend of 70% beef and 30% pork, or try our new all-beef version.

Our boerie coils and smokies are hand-made using natural casings, so they vary in size. Large bulk orders are also also available if you’re planning a big braai or want to stock up the freezer ($22.00/kg).

Packaged coils are frozen, so only local delivery is available.

Note that backorders may take up to 2-3 weeks to fill.
