Boerewors – Bulk

A savoury, all-natural South African farmer’s sausage, made with no preservatives using only Manitoba-raised meats! Our classic boerewors recipe uses a delicious blend of 70% beef and 30% pork, or try our all-beef version.

Larger custom orders are possible if you’re planning a big braai or want to stock up the freezer, or if we don’t have what you want available as frozen packaged coils.

Note that it may take up to 2-3 weeks to schedule custom orders, but custom-sized rings and getting the sausage delivered fresh (not frozen) are possible; please contact us to discuss: meat@mrbiltong.ca
