Best jerky I’ve ever had. Great flavor and tender. There’s a little butcher shop in Fernie, BC that used to be my favourite, still a solid number 2, but the Biltong is crazy good. It’s definitely not a “traditional” North American gas station jerky, but that is what makes it great. A+
